Prof. Dr. Peker Sandallı performed the world’s first gum transplant and is a visiting professor at NYU College of Dentistry.

Prof. Dr. Türker Sandallı led the founding of three dentistry faculties in Turkey, at Marmara, Yeditepe and Kemerburgaz universities, and pioneered dental treatment under general anaesthesia in the country. He has more than fifty years of experience in the field.
