- 1992
Dr. Ari Demirkaya has completed her dental training at the University of Istanbul, in 1992.
- 1999
She obtained her PhD in orthodontics at Marmara University, in 1999, and started teaching at the same department in 2001 until 2008.
- 2010
Dr. Ari Demirkaya has been heading the orthodontic department of the private dental hospital Dentistanbul from 2010 to 2014.
- 2014
Since 2014, she is Head of the Department of Orthodontics at Okan University in Istanbul.
Achievements

Other than treating all types of orthodontic disorders with state-of-the-art methods, she especially applies and teaches lingual orthodontics, works on cleft lip and palate treatment, orthognatic surgery, and temporomandibular disorders.
